Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. Our standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA: the widely adopted benchmark for making websites perceivable, operable, and understandable for people with disabilities.
That commitment is built into the pages themselves (descriptive headings in a logical order, labeled form fields, keyboard-reachable navigation, and text contrast checked against the standard), not bolted on with an overlay widget afterward.
Where we stand, honestly
We will not claim the site is perfect, because no site is. Any third-party content we may link to or embed (such as carrier claim and payment portals or maps) is outside our direct control and may not fully conform. Where we find a problem in our own pages, we fix it. Where the problem is in someone else’s, we will help you route around it.
Everything on this site, by phone
Nothing about buying or managing insurance with us requires this website. Every service here (quotes, policy changes, claims, certificates, questions) is available by phone with a licensed agent, for any user, at no extra cost or delay.
